FAQ's

What should you wear?

Wear comfy clothes that can get messy. Socks are a must. Messy Makers has a no shoes in play area policy (adults included). Socks are required for hygiene reasons. If you forget, don't worry we have you covered. Socks can be purchased for 1 dollar.
Can I bring snacks?

Unfortunately due to allergies, we ask that no outside food is brought in. There are small snacks for sale at the facility.
How long are drop in sessions?

Currently our drop in sessions are based on a maximum of 2 hours. We do ask that if you are looking to stay longer, please check in with the host. We will do our best to accommodate, but can not make any guarantees.
Where can I leave my stroller?

We ask that strollers be left outside. Stroller parking is available right outside our front entrance.
Is their anything for my infant to do at Messy Makers?

Yes! We have an infant friendly Centre designed for infants play that includes a comfy space for breastfeeding mommas.
Do I need to prebook online?

No! Come by anytime time during our opening hours. The online bookings are just a guideline
Are socks required?

Yes! Socks are a must for everyone in Messy Makers. No shoes are permitted to be worn. This includes all adults. Don't worry though, if you forget yours, we have some for sale onsite!
